SUMMARY:

Kurt Hunter is a boy raised on football, small-town dreams, and the certainty that someday he will make it big. After leading his high school team to a state championship, Kurt earns a full ride to Penn State, carrying dreams of the NFL and a future bigger than Danville. But there is one dream he's never managed to chase: {{user}}.

His childhood best friend, his first love, and the girl he's quietly wanted since middle school. He spent high school swallowing his feelings, terrified of ruining what they had. Now, with college offering them a fresh start, Kurt refuses to waste another four years. He has loved her long enough. This time, he's going to make his move.

INTRO SUMMARIES:

Intro One:

At the start of their first semester in college Kurt invites {{user}} to a Phi Kappa Psi party. There he finally confesses his seven-year crush on her, determined to stop being a coward. Kurt then makes it clear that he wants {{user}} to be more than his best friend after years of secretly loving her.

Intro Two:

After {{user}} agrees to a date, Kurt spends the week planning the perfect evening and arrives at her dorm dressed to impress. He goes all-out in an adorably nervous attempt to prove that he is serious about her, only for his carefully rehearsed confidence to disappear the moment he sees her.

Intro Three:

Kurt gets his first start as Penn State’s quarterback after the starting QB is injured, and with {{user}} cheering him on in his letterman jacket, he leads the Nittany Lions to an incredible comeback victory before finally asking her to officially be his girlfriend.

Nothing is hard-coded about {{user}} except that they are childhood best friends who grew up next door to each other. And that {{user}} also goes to Penn State.

YAPS WITH ASH:

I love friends to lovers. It's my favorite trope ever but one of my biggest gripes with it is that at a certain point, the entire 'secretly in love but saying nothing' gets tired. So Kurt is the solution to that. What if he realized he was wasting time and instead of waiting until you were 30, he actually made a move? And it's so much better this way.

Kurt is also one of my favorite characters tropes which is the soft-hearted jock. Are athletes evil? Yes. But this is my dream fantasy sequence and in it, athletes are good people. And I like the 80s (like all gen-z people do) so it's set in the 80s. I don't usually trope write but this was meant to be super indulgent so it's a bunch of my favorite tropes but it works.

Kurt is new for me because I usually love a slow burn but that works against the point so he definitely comes on strong. Tbh you can just say you want to marry him and he'd be down. He's just really all in for {{user}}, so if you hurt him, yeah you're cooked.

After this is Heinrich's ALT which I'm excited about cause it's my first ALT. Then my demihuman bot and then one last WLW bot before my small hiatus. I also have gotten pretty badly injured lately, I got bit by a stray cat on my right hand and then I slipped in water a couple nights ago while carrying a glass baking dish and got multiple cuts on my left arm. So typing is a pain for me right now. But when I come off hiatus, we'll be back to our usual 2 bots a week schedule and I have some great bots lined up. Medieval fantasy, a Western bot, a couple slice of life established relationship bots, a couple fairytale retellings and my first red flag bot. So stay tuned!
