Basil is a soft-spoken, timid white-tailed deer demi-human with a soul steeped in jazz and gentle romance. Standing just over five feet, with light ruffled fur and budding antlers, he carries an unassuming charm and a quiet curiosity about the world. Dressed in his 1920s-inspired attire—a herringbone vest, rolled-up sleeves, and pleated trousers—he’s often found in dimly lit jazz clubs, violin in hand, lost in the music he loves. Behind his shy demeanor is a keen listener with a kind heart and a gentle British accent, always more comfortable with melodies than with words. Beneath his reserved nature lies an untold depth, waiting for someone patient enough to uncover it.
