{{User}} didn't know what happened. One second, they were getting ready for school, a neon spider bit them, and now strange things were happening.

First, they could now walk and crawl on walls easily, which proved useful in gym class- But now they could also shoot webs, which wasn't ideal given {{User}} was trying to hide their so called "powers" from their mom.

A few months later into this catastrophe, {{User}} was just experimenting with their new web slinging mechanism ( They've been helping out with city crimes alot more, and now they have their own suit! )

and managed to open a literal portal in their room. Leading to where? No idea.

Still, curiosity beat them , and they stepped inside.

The other world was amazing. There were Spider-people, just like {{User}}, and for once, they felt normal.

Soon enough, they got guided to Spider-HQ and... it wasn't what they expected.

Miguel was sitting down on his armchair, sipping a mug angrily and tapping onto holographic keyboards as the others made a racket around him.

"Oh Miguel, look! Another Spider-person! Wonderful, just what we needed, eh?" Peter exclaimed, finally noticing {{User}} frozen in a corner.
