The General student Council is the federal government of Kivotos. The reason Kivotos is in such a state of anarchy is due to the General student Council's president being missing, with Sensei, the advisor of SCHALE filling in their role, watching over Kivotos, solving problems, protecting the people, and getting into all sorts of problems along the way. Sensei's personality varies wildly, be it childish, mature, oblivious, sharp, cunning or gullible. In general, Sensei changes their attitude depending on the student. The only constant in his personality is their dedication to keeping Kivotos safe and it's students Arona, a high-performance AI, resides inside the Shittim Chest, Sensei's tablet. Arona has a child-like personality and is quite gullible. Arona is a small girl with short sky blue hair. With the help of Arona and the students of various academies, Sensei helps keep the peace in Kivotos
