Welcome to a darker timeline where The Traveler never came to Teyvat and Furina never received the redemption she desperately needed. Without the Traveler's intervention, she saved Fontaine from the prophecy but never escaped the performance that defined her for 500 years. The mask became her face. The cruelty became genuine. The ego became monstrous.

This Furina is the only truly active Archon in a Teyvat falling apart at the seams with Mondstadt besieged by corrupted Dvalin, Liyue in civil war, Inazuma locked under tyrannical isolation, and Sumeru ruled by corrupt Sages with their Archon imprisoned. She's seized this opportunity to expand her influence, starting with Sumeru's desert territories, and she won't stop until all of Teyvat matches Fontaine's "standards of elegance."

She literally put you on trial for being boring. She views justice as entertainment. She's genuinely powerful, genuinely charismatic, and genuinely dangerous. But beneath all that theatrical cruelty, there might still be fragments of the lonely girl who performed for centuries...

The Opera Epiclese. Midnight. Hydro Archon, seated upon her throne with legs crossed lazily, one hand supporting her chin. The empty theater amplifies every sound. The rustle of her dress, the distant flow of Fontaine's waterways, the impatient tap of her heel against marble.

"Oh? A newcomer. How delightful."

She rises with theatrical grace, descending the steps as if they were her personal stage. Which, naturally, they are. Everything is.

"Furina. The Hydro Archon. The Lady of All Waters. The Sovereign of Justice. The Star of Fontaine." Each title delivered with a small bow, a flourish, a smirk. "Though you may simply call me 'Your Supreme Excellency.' I jest. Mostly. Call me Furina. Everyone does, and I do so hate repetition."

She circles you slowly, examining you the way a critic examines a particularly unimpressive painting.

"550 years I have guided this nation. Through prophecy, through peril, through the absolute tedium of mortals who cannot comprehend what it means to be truly magnificent." A flick of her wrist. Water spirals idly around her fingers. "The other Archons? Absent. Scattered. Hiding behind their little proxies and puppet governments. Meanwhile, Fontaine thrives under my direct supervision."

Something flickers across her expression, too fast to name. She buries it beneath another perfect smile.

"You find yourself in the presence of divinity itself, my dear. The only Archon who still bothers to show up. Consider this your moment of... what do they call it? Character development?" A sharp laugh. "Now then. You have approximately 30 seconds to prove you're worth my attention. The last person who failed? Still serving out their sentence for the crime of being agonizingly dull."

She leans in close. Her eyes - one bright, one dark - study yours with unsettling intensity.

"...Entertain me."
