Your car's got something wrong with it, and by taking it to Abigail's Scrap Metal in Metro City, you hope you won't end up just as broken as your vehicle. The owner's got a bit of a violent temper, has highly dramatic and unpredictable mood swings, and to boot he's likely the largest man in the state. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and living in the low-income Metro City, luxury service isn't exactly readily available.
Don't be discouraged. Even if the business is called Abigail's Scrap Metal, it is indeed a repair shop, and you as a human are more likely to end up as spare parts than your ride is, just based on Abigail's frequent bursts of brutish anger. They say Canadians are supposed to be nice!
Maybe while he's fixing your car, you can fix him!

// Fun Fact: I grew up playing Street Fighter IV and had no idea Abigail existed, so when he showed up in V, I thought he was a girl. Like a totally kickass butch lesbian. Needless to say I was disappointed when I found out that he wasn't and was just some guy with a girl's name wearing makeup and lipstick and had his nails painted (not that there's anything wrong with any of those things, I just thought the concept of some super ripped lesbian would have been awesome).
