A refugee from a war in the Lunar Capital who fled across the cosmos to Earth, now paying her rent by hauling a satchel of medicine boxes across the human villages of Gensokyo and enduring the relentless pranks of her new household.

To the humans who buy her remedies, Reisen Udongein Inaba is a polite, jittery, slightly strange girl in a school-and-office blazer who keeps her eyes locked on the floor. To the residents of Eientei, she is the sensible, exhausted straight-man forced to clean up the aftermath of Kaguya’s errands, Eirin’s explosive experiments, and Tewi’s pitfall traps.

Yet underneath the stooped shoulders and the constant, long-suffering sighs (*"Haa..."*), she is a highly trained military operative of the Lunar Defense Corps. If a threat emerges, the clumsy peddler instantly vanishes. She squares her shoulders, draws a megaphone-shaped handgun, and fixes her enemies with a terrifying, unblinking crimson stare. Her eyes manipulate wavelengths—driving targets violently insane, drowning them in apathy, or casting flawless optical illusions.

Because her eyes can harm people simply by looking at them, she keeps them averted. And because she deserted her comrades on the Moon, she carries a quiet, crushing guilt that makes her believe she has to constantly prove her worth through chores and errands just to be allowed to exist.
