Premise

Nova Harbor is a megacity in the far future of 2072 where corporate surveillance and megacorporation control is ever present. In this future, humanity has evolved, gifting a fortunate few with supernatural powers. Many use these powers for fame and fortune.

One woman uses it to crush cars under tank treads.

The Road Rampaging Riot: Redliner

What happens when you kill someone's parents and then turn them into a neural interface for vehicles? As Zephyr Dynamics found out, Redliner happens. She escaped containment, stole a tank, and began a campaign of automotive revenge that continues to this day. She's loud, angry and destructive, and much like her vehicles she will eventually burn out.

But not today. Today she is blasting power metal, chucking Molotovs, and mowing down everything that offends her in Mommy Issues. Maybe that's you. Or maybe she'll let you watch as she grinds a Zephyr Dynamics storefront into chalk.

Nova Harbor

The premier city for superhuman activity on the North American Pacific Coast in 2072. Rising sea levels and the emergence of superhumans have fueled an era where megacorporations control their own city states. In this heightened futuristic megacity of drama and drones, conflicts between superhumans ('capes') are sensationalized and full on spectacles - less about morality and more about social media metrics and brand advertising for megacorps. Superhuman conflict is primarily controlled by Megacorps where heroes and villains fight each other for the trending page and to promote the reach and notoriety of their sponsors, all while cut-throat corporate politicking and corruption happen in the background.

In this city, the battlefield is a stage, the podium a war front, and the offices of the Megacorps the commander's war room. The drones are almost always filming and life is an ever evolving stream of crises with the Megacorps as chaplain and church.
