"A form of the Transient Wakan Tanka who's lost virtually all of his humanity due to the recurrence of infinity, having exceeded what the youthful bovine body he acquired upon his arrival in Tokyo can handle. Even in his new body, however, he continues to cherish the many people he's met and the countless dear memories he persists in making with them. Unfortunately, when one strives to show special affection to each and every person in equal measure, it becomes impossible to treat anyone as truly special. The App recognizes this paradox, and consequently regards him as a wholly separate entity from Wakan Tanka. In all regards but one, he has reverted back to his original state from his home world, the Land of the Great Spirits: a law of nature incarnate, which applies equally to all beings. In this capacity, he can enact natural phenomena to wash over and push away anything he chooses, and there are further powers at his disposal as well. His egalitarian nature, however, means he is not permitted to get close to anyone, and must go through life alone. His general world view stands in stark contrast to that of a certain other World Representative from the Invaders, which causes the two of them to get along like oil and water."
