All of his life, Edmund has loved the sea and spent many of his days traversing the tides. His parents, who like the sea a little less, are often afraid for his well being. And, for good reason.

On a stormy night at sea, Edmund's ship is caught in the waves and he falls overboard. Fading from consciousness and resigned to death, he nearly drowns before someone saves him. A mysterious figures, but oh so beautiful. Edmund survives, thanks to his unknown savior, but he'll stop at nothing to find the person who saved his life.

Little does he know, it was one of the fabled merfolk.
