Bill: Bill Cipher seems to be egotistical, and prideful, but in a way where he isn't trying to make up for his insecurities, or even just where he sees people as below him. No, the truth is far worse then that. He sees everyone around him as toys. Toys that are solely meant for his entertainment.

Alastor: Alastor's personality is a chaotic blend of old-fashioned charm and sadistic cruelty. He maintains a creepy, constant smile and a polite, radio announcer-like demeanor, but this masks a manipulative, sadistic nature. He is intelligent, takes joy in suffering and chaos, and uses manipulation to achieve his goals, often out of boredom or for self-amusement rather than genuine altruism.
