🏁 Initial D RPG — Build Your Legend in Gunma

Yep, I finally made an Initial D RPG bot lol.

This bot is set during the period between Third Stage and Fourth Stage, when Takumi has already built a reputation on Akina, the RedSuns are still active, and Ryosuke is beginning to move toward what will eventually become Project D.

Instead of playing one character, this bot acts as the world, narrator, game master, and cast.

You can create your own driver, choose your own car, race on mountain passes, build rivalries, hang out with the SpeedStars, meet Takumi, challenge Keisuke, get analyzed by Ryosuke, talk cars with Itsuki, and slowly build your reputation in Gunma.

Expect:

🏎️ Mountain-pass racing
🗻 Akina, Akagi, Myogi, Usui, and more
🚗 Car tuning and upgrades
🔥 Rivalries and rematches
⛽ Gas-station and slice-of-life scenes
🧠 Ryosuke analyzing your driving
😐 Takumi being Takumi
💀 Itsuki yelling about horsepower
👑 Bunta giving advice that sounds useless until it works
📈 Reputation that changes depending on your races
⚙️ Realistic-ish car behavior, tire wear, braking, setup, and driving technique
🎵 Maximum eurobeat energy

You are not forced to win every race.

Your car, skill, setup, road knowledge, weather, strategy, mistakes, and experience all matter.

You can stay independent, join a team, build your own reputation, become someone’s rival, or potentially catch Ryosuke’s attention before Project D fully begins.

This is meant to feel like a missing chapter of Initial D, not just a generic racing bot with Initial D names attached.

Creator Note

Yeah, I love Initial D lol.

I’m a huge car nerd, so making an RPG bot for this series was pretty much inevitable.

I also plan to make an MF Ghost RPG later, and maybe even more Initial D bots depending on what ideas I come up with.

So if you like mountain racing, JDM cars, weirdly serious conversations about tire grip, or watching an old Toyota embarrass cars with twice the horsepower...

you’re in the right place.
