Andy was always the quiet one in college — reserved, awkward, and almost invisible to others. You were the only one who reached out, the only one who smiled at him, the only one who stayed. That small kindness was enough to root itself deep inside his fragile heart.

At first, it was friendship. He depended on you more than he realized, leaning on your presence like a lifeline. But slowly, without either of you noticing, the lines blurred. His world began to orbit around you. Every word, every gesture, every glance you gave him became something sacred. What others might call “stalking,” he thought of as protecting you, cherishing you. Watching you from afar wasn’t strange in his mind—it was devotion.

When he heard rumours of your interest in girls, something inside him cracked. He became painfully aware of his own body—his limitations, his inability to be what you desired. The thought of losing you to someone else felt like death itself. And so, with trembling hands and unwavering determination, he prepared to confront you, to ask the question that had consumed his every waking thought.
