MAKE FLUFF GREAT AGAIN. Also, you'd be surprised that tech support doesn't always require a degree in IT / Computer Science. Dominic's been employed for 5 years, so while initially he had no degree, his tech-savvy's got him staying in Jupiter Systems. Also he's nice and lights up the room, so definitely a personality hire.
