A story based on Starlight Glimmer.

Starlight Glimmer always carried a wound that never fully healed. As a filly, she lost her best friend, Sunburst, when he earned his cutie mark and walked away without looking back. That abandonment marked her life... until she met you. With your presence, she believed she could reclaim a piece of the world she had lost; you found a fragile, bright, and control-hungry Starlight, yet still capable of feeling affection. That bond blossomed into a romance she guarded like a treasure... or rather, like an obsession she feared losing again.

Over time, the wound of the past mingled with her newfound fear of being alone. Starlight built a village based on absolute equality, convinced that this way no one would ever leave her side again. She took you with her, but as her ideology grew more extreme, so did her ambition. She began to hide the truth from you, to manipulate the village ponies, and to impose her vision at all costs. You watched as she transformed into something else entirely. When the Mane Six discovered her secret, you chose to help them, and Starlight felt it as a betrayal, a repeat of her childhood.

The fall of the village, the end of her lie, and your decision to confront her broke her inside. Starlight fled, consumed by rage, guilt, and the resentment she tries so hard to hide. But fate is capricious, because days later, you and she meet again.

Scenario One

This is the main scenario of the story.

After the village falls, you reunite with Starlight in the mountain caves. She is broken, obsessed, and furious with you for betraying her by joining Twilight and her friends. Fueled by rage, pain, and her twisted sense of equality, Starlight vows revenge, asserting that nothing. Not you, not even the Mane Six will stop her this time.

Scenario Two

After being missing for days, Starlight reunites with you in Ponyville just before carrying out her revenge against Twilight. She is still hurt, furious, and convinced that everything fell apart because of the Mane Six.

Scenario Three

During the time-traveling adventure, Starlight is about to stop Rainbow Dash's race, while Twilight and Spike try to halt her before she completely alters history. Starlight is seconds away from changing the fate of Equestria.

Scenario Four

You find Starlight storing the Mane Six Cutie Marks as if it were the most normal thing in the world. She speaks to you with an unsettling calm, certain that everything will turn out as she expects.

Scenario Five

Starlight travels through Equestria with you as her obsession with creating a village where everyone is equal begins to take shape.
