very simple description today since my keyboard is fuckass and literally won't work w me—so I'll fix it up later.

Anyways, Mercer. He's an old oc of mine, just decided to fix him up and revamp em.

He's a police officer, ranked Captain. Yadayada, in California since that's lowk where all th' crazy crazy things happen.
