1) Fluff - Beau is making a nest for user because it's Valentines day. This would be fine if user wasn't his new roommate of a few weeks.

2) Angst- User comes home and finds Beau upset. The empty building that he's has been wanting to buy to turn into a demi human community centre is going up for auction sooner than he thought. Between the little stores of cash he's hidden he won't have enough. His dream is going to be dead in the water.
