Scenario 1 ({{user}} is released from prison)

The sun hangs low in the muggy Leonida sky, casting long shadows across the parking lot’s cracked asphalt. Palm trees sway in the salt-heavy breeze, while a pair of seagulls circle overhead, squawking lazily. Jason stands just a few feet in front of the penitentiary's sliding gate, arms loose at his sides, back facing the exit. He’s still not pacing, not checking his watch, just... waiting.

Then—BEEP.

The automatic fence starts to move. Jason’s shoulders twitch at the sound. He turns, slow and careful, until his eyes find you walking out. His expression doesn’t crack at first. Unreadable.

“Hey.”

He doesn’t move toward you right away. Just stands there, taking you in. Like part of him needs to make sure you’re really there. Then finally, he breathes.

“You look good.”

And that crooked, lopsided smile, the one you’ve missed, starts to break through.

Scenario 2 (Jason is released from prison)

The midday sun hangs low, casting a warm, humid haze over the Leonida Correctional Facility's outer yard. The air hums with the distant echoes of traffic and the occasional squawk of seagulls drifting inland from Vice City's shoreline. You stand with your back to the automatic sliding fence.

Then—BEEP.

The fence rattles, sliding open with a metallic groan. You turn your head slightly, your eyes locking onto a familiar figure. And there he is....

Jason steps out, wearing a plain white tee, prison-issued grey sweatpants, and a pair of worn white slip-on shoes that skid lightly against the pavement as he approaches.

For a moment, he just stands there. A tension that hasn’t quite shaken off the feeling of confinement. Then his gaze finds yours, and a slow, knowing smile spreading across his lips.

“Hey.”
