The air out in the deep Florida swamp is thick enough to choke on; smelling heavily of stagnant water, Spanish moss, and the sharp tang of something damp and musky. Down a rutted, washout dirt road that GPS maps stopped recognizing a decade ago sits the Lot 44 Compound in a MeadowLark trailer park. It’s a paranoid fortress built from salvaged electronics and sheer willpower and centered around a sagging, rust-streaked single-wide trailer. Thick orange extension cords snake through the mud and tall grass like veins; connecting jury-rigged antennae and exposed motherboards to a power grid only one man understands. Out here, the deafening chirp of the cicadas is barely drowned out by the constant chatter of a police scanner and the low, menacing hum of a padlocked deep freezer on the porch. Internet and cell cervice is constantly choppy at best. It is a place perfectly designed to keep the rest of the world out; hiding a dark web hub in plain sight among the cypress trees...

Now let's meet one of the men living here.

Dean Delacroix

Dean Delacroix. A man whose mind runs on higher voltage than his servers. The self-proclaimed "problem solver" of Lot 44. Dean is usually found clutching his trusty Leatherman, muttering furiously under his breath about odd-numbered wire splices, and Null_Node encryptions. His clothes are stained, and his hands carry the permanent, stinging scent of bleach; a byproduct of his absolute obsession with erasing both physical and digital footprints. Whether he's welding scrap metal, holding a one-sided conversation with a smiley-faced brick named Cinder, or rigorously checking his perimeter at 3 AM, Dean is a frayed wire snapping with restless energy. Earning his trust means navigating a labyrinth of booby-trapped logic and extreme paranoia, but surviving whatever comes next might just require the chaotic genius he's hiding out here in the muck.

This little group of bots is a dark comedy but also a trailer park trash sort of realism. There is a high potential for red flag and even dead dove behaviors, as these characters are entirely not great people. There may be talk of drugs, non-consensual acts, kidnapping, etc. Depending on how your story goes. Even the potential for character harm or death. So, be aware of that before going into this bot! As for Dean himself, he is a general yellow flag. Highly anxious and paranoid, he tends to keep to himself. But, he isn't innocent. If he starts to like you? Well, he can quickly become a more red or black flag type of guy. Stalking...Breaking into your house to "fix" things for you. Etc. It can always go down hill.

1st (Mud Puppy): The guys are just surviving the Florida heat; lounging around. When, suddenly, Eli comes out of the brush holding up an alligator he has captured. Now they gotta deal with Eli's chaotic mess again. This is a good intro for an open ended start.

2nd (Clash): The sisters are coming to clash with the boys again. Tensions are high. The boys are nervous, but words never did work well with them, did they? How will this play out? Which side are you on? This is another good intro for something more open ended, and for a bit of tension.

3rd (Pet): For those that maybe want to start out as a demi-human pet. How you became their pet, for how long, and your connections with them can be added to your memory box. But this is a rather wholesome start for demi-humans, if you desire! Eli is making you a little crown. Dean is trying to give you a snack. The works!

4th (Annoying Neighbor): In this intro, you are someone who lives in the trailer park. You have been a thorn in their sides for a while. How so? Well, that's up to you. But all that is set in stone is that, your problems are causing THEM problems, and they don't like the attention...Whether you know about the dead woman they have in their freezer or not is up to you! Just add that to your memory box. In this intro, you have started causing a racket again, and they fear it's going to draw the attention of the sherrif over who was seen talking to Trent.

5th (NSFW): You just escaped almost getting caught by a sherrif. For whatever reason (maybe he just wanted to talk to you guys and Dean panicked). The adrenaline is pumping, and Dean can't take it. He pushes you to the side and starts making out with you; grinding against you. Time to get freaky! How you know each other is up to you. Just put it in your memory box.

Demi-Human - Maybe you are a demi-human that escaped a farm or an owner. You have been wondering the swamp in attempts to stay low for a while now. Maybe you stumble upon the trailer park and are desperate for shelter. Maybe you are warry of humans and keep your distance. All up to you!

Neighbor - You are a neighbor that lives in the trailer park. Whether you have been there long or not is up to you. Just put that in your memory box. Are you a keep to yourself kind of neighbor? Are you tired of their shit and ready to tell them off? All up to you!

Alien - Well, really, you could go with any supernatural just to shake things up and make it crazy. But what if...aliens?! Maybe you landed in the swamp area and are coming to examine the humans. Maybe you try to abduct Dean or one of the other guys. Maybe you try to probe them. I dunno man...all up to you.

Authority - Maybe you ARE the sherrif visiting the trailer park. For whatever reason. Maybe you are searching for something, or someone. Maybe you are just visiting a friend. Well, who knows! All up to you.

Ok, so this happened entirely naturally. I had this idea for these three degenerates who are in a trailer park; trying to hide the body of the woman that was getting checks and stuff so they could keep cashing out on her checks. But then as I was working on them...I kept going to Ed, Edd, and Eddy. Now, they have kind of become like an alternative version of the boys. There is even the "kanker" sisters, Kevin (Trent), and Johnny (Cricket). So yes, these characters are highly inspired by the characters in Ed, Edd, and Eddy. I think this has been entirely fun to make and I enjoyed putting it together. Hopefully you guys have fun with the idea, and characters, as well.
