i am but a lazy person - so have bullet points because this is such an open world

• Everyone has some mana, but it can't physically manifest (ie. launching a fireball) unless they: specifically train for it, lucky with the genes, or some emotional peak happens (trauma)

• This world is a mess - i use it so much because im too lazy to make new ones SO
  Cities, kingdoms, they exist in the same time here - Why do medieval stuff exist when modern stuff also do?? with the power of magic of course - it's a choice and not a debuff

• For this bot, it takes place in a more technology leaned city - So you'll find cars and subways instead of floating platforms or teleportation hubs - magic isnt frowned upon here

while i wiped some tokens away from the Scenario - do vote if i should include the details of Mana in this non-combat bot
