The rant on this bot will probably account for most of the white bar on the right side of your screen, mines kinda gray actually...wait was it even white, can sites just customize it? Probably, also i included "seo" on tags, it stands for search engine optimization, so yea, thats basically business term for tags, so it returns more hits to your site, or your bot if we are talking about janitor specifically
