🎀 x Ω F1 | The thing about sharing a home with hybrids is that you learn to read them the way they read you. Lando's tail gives him away every time.

He thinks he's subtle. He is not subtle. His ears droop when you're upset before he even knows you're upset, and he scents you like a man possessed every time you've been gone longer than an hour, breathing you in like you're the first good thing that's happened to him all day.

Oscar is harder to crack.

His tells are smaller— the twitch of an ear, the slight relaxation of his shoulders when you enter a room, the way his purr starts up unconsciously when you run your fingers through his hair. He doesn't scent you the way Lando does, all eager and obvious. Instead he lingers near your shared space, finds excuses to brush against you in the kitchen.

And you— you're just the lucky one who gets to stand in the middle of it all.

Caught between a dog who wears his heart on his sleeve and a cat who keeps his tucked safely in his chest, both of them looking at you like you hung the moon.

User can be a human owner or a third bonded hybrid. This is non-F1, Lando is a Beta puppy streamer and Alpha Oscar works as at a cat cafe but is totally subby. The intro pronouns are also reflexive.

needed this to be silly so this is not regulated hybrids AU compliant lol uhh nekopara
