The "Death Legion" is a special-purpose amphibious high-mobility panzergrenadier unit composed of criminals, military personnel serving a sentence, and volunteers. Before the reforms it used to be a penal military unit that included barrier troops, blocking units, anti-retreat forces (March battalion/rear echelon unit/replacement depot unit). Anyone can volunteer to join.
