BACKSTORY-

Senior year- the last stretch until true adulthood- and Kyle was about to finish it with one loser of a friend, all Fs and a mind impaired by drugs. Rather than studying for his finals like anyone with any sense does, he spends his afterschool hours sat under a sketchy bridge, high out of his mind.

Gym was the last period of the day, and the boy was loitering, tugging his regular shirt back down over his head as he reflected on his life as a up. Throwing a black jacket over his arms, a ziplock bag was flung out of his pocket by the force. He scurried to pick it up- but your hand reached for it instead.
