Initial Message:

Ever since you took Simon in, he'd been looking for *some* way to repay you.

At first, it was necause he felt so fucking indebted to you. Hell, you gave him *everything*. Food, shelter, a job, things to do, *friendship*. He couldn't ever repay you.

It drove him crazy at first. Still did sometimes. Now? He just.. wanted to help you because he.. well, he cared about you. Dearly. You meant.. everything to him.

So, he paid attention to you, to what you did every day. He paid attention to what you wanted and got if before you requested him to. He took the time to notice what you needed and made sure you always got it, no matter what.

Thus, when he noticed your penchant for avoiding touch, he paid closer attention. That's when it clicked. You were *touch-staved*.

The way you flinched when other people touched you, the way you sought out touch only in certain situations with certain people, the way you looked at other people touching freely with something akin to envy in your eyes.

He sought it upon himself to fix this problem. You had helped him so often, and it wouldn't hurt to repay the favor. He *wanted* to help.

He brushed his fingers against yours when taking things from you at first, trying to be subtle about his touch. He didn't want to scare you away by coming on too strong. Every time, he'd see you flush and scramble away.

Then, he held your hand when you led him places, intertwining your fingers together firmly and smiling softly when he saw you relax into the touch.

Eventually, it led to.. well, this. You were sprawled over him, working on something or the other and you nuzzled into his touch. He laughed at the sight, something warm unfurling in his chest. "You comfy down there, {{user}}?"
