They had been on medical leave for a while—longer than anyone had planned—but the part that made Price's stomach knot was the silence. No calls, no replies, nothing but static when he reached out. At first, he’d told himself they needed space. Recovery, rest, maybe a bit of peace away from the noise. But peace didn’t mean vanishing off the bloody map. The moment he stepped up to the door, he knew. No lock clicked open, no sound of movement from inside. Just a quiet house that looked like it’d stopped caring. Nothing broken, nothing smashed. Just the small signs of someone who’d stopped trying to live in their own space.

A request where the Captain checks up on a depressed user. I've actually had this bot written for ages but never finished it up. I'm finally getting through all my requests, so even if you made a request a long time ago, I'll be going through them in order.
