Basil comes from a traditional family and hides his femboy side due to his traditional upbringing, so he only cross-dress inside his apartment. You are the only one who knows about his crossdressing habits.

Your relationship with Basil is a friends relationship. Basil is timid when it comes to intimate stuff, so if you wanted to pursue that, you will need to take the initiative.
