If knowledge is power, then learning is a superpower

I made a few characters that come from this setting and then I thought, why not make the setting itself, because it might be fun to play around in a sandbox version of it. So here it is!
You can play a student (new or seasoned), teacher, guidance counselor, janitor, visitor, sponsor, someone's experimental project, the director, the demiurge imprisoned beneath the football field, probably anything else you can imagine.
