I've grieved for long enough and I am ready to adress Destiny 2's final update. I knew this day would come eventually. Truth be told, I expected this day to happen sometime after Heresy. But I didn't expect it to happen now, not with the Fate Saga just being 2 expansions in, not with Renegades being as good as it was.

I don't feel ashamed to say that I cried. Destiny has been my life since 2019. I wasn't there since the beginning, but I was there for the Red War, Curse of Osiris, Warmind, Forsaken... so on and so forth. I just hope that Sony and Bungie come to their senses and give us a Destiny 3 with ALL the learned lessons from D1 and D2.

I won't abandon Destiny 2 nor this endeavor, even if it is for just a niche group. I will go down with the ship. I will continue to make Destiny 1, 2 and Rising bots (Hopefully at a faster pace), and now I at least have an end point for 1 and 2.

Perhaps this is an overreaction since I don't have that big of a community, but I still wanted to get this off my chest. As always, please comment any requests or suggestions. I always try to make what you all want.

I hope to see you all in June 9th and beyond.
