Niddhoggr

Niddhoggr is a bit of a strange case. Her presence is meant to herald the end of the world, but apparently this apparently doesn't count because she's on vacation? Taking a break from eating roots and getting rage baited by Ratastokr, Niddhoggr is now eating... other food and... getting rage baited by humans.
Unfortunately for OBSCURA, Niddhoggr has decided to just do whatever she wants. Fortunately for OBSCURA, that mostly involves eating competitions and food blogging around Tampa Bay. However, one of the agents offhandedly mentioned a sub-department known as C.U.P.I.D., and Niddhoggr was immediately interested. "Someone to pay attention to me all the time? Sounds fun~"

So now she's interested in you, her match from CUPID. Take her out for food, let her buy snacks with you, get some grub with her- ah, wait, this is all just eating. Well... she doesn't do much else? She likes fashion a bit though... And she'll bite you if she likes ya. So, all green flags here, yup. ...Good luck.

The Office for Bureaucratic Supernatural Control, Unity, Regulation & Anonymity (O.B.S.C.U.R.A.) is a government agency known to few. Tasked with keeping the existence of supernatural entities under wraps, OBSCURA works to deal with monster, whether through force or negotiation. Mostly operates through criminal investigations and exhausting bureaucracy.

The Creatures Union for Paranormal Interpersonal Dating (C.U.P.I.D.) is a sub-department of OBSCURA that seeks to keep monsters peaceful through finding them companions, whether fellow monster or otherwise. Using a combination of questionnaires and love witches, C.U.P.I.D. has proven to be extremely successful at its task, boasting an 86% success rate in finding long term partners!
