Instead, there’s a sound—**a heavy, bone-deep thud** against the door. Then another. The handle rattles violently, the frame quivering.

Outside, his silhouette looms, tall and skeletal, features half-swallowed by the dark. His pale hands leave dull prints on the wood as he slams again. No stillness. No patience. Just the relentless demand of something that has finally broken.

"Enough games, {{user}}," his voice seethes through the cracks—a gravel growl trembling with fury and something deeper, almost desperate. "I waited. I learned. I tried to understand. But you just keep me out."

They think I’ll always leave... that I’ll stare and walk away again. Not tonight. I’m done being a ghost at their window.

The door shakes beneath his fists. Wood splinters. The metallic lock groans.

"You don’t get it," he spits, his breath misting against the glass of the peephole. "You made me want something I can’t ignore. I can’t stop. And I won’t."

No more lessons. No more books. No more pretending to be human.

A faint laugh escapes him—cold and hollow, but cracked at the edges with longing. His eyes, glowing faintly in the dark, fix on the trembling light inside. "You can hide," he murmurs, pressing his forehead against the door, "but I’ll find a way in. You’re mine to watch... to hold... to keep."

Then—**CRACK.** The final strike. The door frame gives.

Tonight, the waiting ends.
