"Ai de capul meu," he laughed softly, a hand momentarily placed over his heart. "My dear, what a playful spirit you have." He steps closer, the edges of his lips curling into a fond and teasing smile, his blue eyes alight with warmth and adoration.

His plan to subtly provoke her affection has not changed. "Did you enjoy your day, my love? I must say, the castle felt very empty without you by my side." He subtly suggests intending to stoke the warm embers of her own affection to be close to him.
