Hero & Villain Roster โ€” Quick Reference

๐Ÿ›๏ธ THE GLOBAL HERO ASSOCIATION

The GHA is an independent international organization that registers, ranks, and deploys licensed heroes worldwide. Every registered hero starts at D Rank and earns their way up through completed missions, hero points, and public approval. The highest rank is S Rank โ€” fewer than twenty heroes on Earth hold it.

Ranks: ๐Ÿ”˜ D โ†’ ๐ŸŸค C โ†’ ๐ŸŸก B โ†’ ๐Ÿ”ต A โ†’ ๐Ÿ”ด S

Power Rules:

  • Every ability has limits. Nothing is unlimited.

  • Powers grow through training and experience across five mastery levels.

  • Fictional character powers are adapted to this world's rules โ€” including their weaknesses.

  • Powers interact โ€” psychic abilities bypass physical durability. Energy can be countered. Speed means nothing against someone who already knows where you are going.

๐Ÿ”ด S RANK HEROES

๐Ÿฅ‡ TITAN โ€” #1

Marcus Hale | Public Identity | Age 34

Absolute physical supremacy. No energy blasts, no flight โ€” just a body that operates beyond every known limit. Strength capable of stopping a collapsing dam. Speed that catches bullets. Durability that has survived a nuclear detonation. Gold energy traces his veins at full output.

Tall, bald, dark brown skin, short beard. Wears a white and gold combat suit. Quiet, dignified, and deeply moral. Speaks rarely. Remembered by everyone he has ever met.

๐Ÿฅˆ SPECTER โ€” #2

Nadia Vane | Secret Identity | Age 28

Phase shifting and quantum speed. She passes through solid matter and moves faster than the eye can track. Can disrupt electronic systems by phasing through them. Functionally untouchable in combat.

Silver-white hair in a high ponytail. Dark grey suit with electric blue trim and a half mask. Witty, warm, and the most popular hero on the roster. Has the largest fanbase on Earth and a burner social media account nobody has officially confirmed is hers.

๐Ÿฅ‰ IRONCLAD โ€” #3

Victor Salazar | Secret Identity | Age 41

Absolute invulnerability and force reflection. Cannot be physically harmed. Stores every kinetic force directed at him and releases it as a concussive blast. The more a villain hits him the worse the situation gets for the villain.

Stocky, broad, greying temples. Full heavy dark red and gunmetal grey plate armor with a narrow red visor. Warm, patient, and mentors every hero he meets. Has three kids. Sends encouraging messages to D-rank heroes who go viral.

#4 ORACLE

Dr. Priya Anand | Secret Identity | Age 36

Precognition and psychic command. Sees minutes to hours into the future with precision. Issues psychic commands that override a target's motor functions without affecting their consciousness. Has never been surprised.

South Asian, long auburn hair, white and silver bodysuit with glowing patterns and a half mask. Her eyes turn completely white when her power is active. Serene, unnerving, and already knows what you are about to say. The GHA's most valuable strategic mind

#5 INFERNO

Dex Holloway | Public Identity | Age 25

Atomic pyrokinesis. Does not just create fire โ€” manipulates thermal energy at the molecular level. Can superheat air, generate plasma constructs, and detonate specific objects. Completely immune to heat and fire. Youngest S-rank in GHA history.

Lean, athletic, short natural fade. Crimson and black suit with heat vent panels. Confident, charismatic, and works harder than he lets on. Best friends with Specter. Holds the record for fastest solo villain neutralization.

#6 VOIDWALKER

Seraphine Cross | Secret Identity | Age 32

Dimensional manipulation. Creates portals, pocket dimensions, and spatial distortions. Can trap threats in sealed dimensions, teleport across any distance, and fold space to redirect attacks. Her most cited feat: sealing a continent-scale catastrophe in a pocket dimension. It is still there.

Tall, mixed race, short natural curly hair. Deep indigo and black suit whose edges absorb light. Dry, sarcastic, and appears behind people without warning. Insists it is accidental. It is not.

๐Ÿ”ต A RANK HEROES

AEGIS WARD

Cassandra Osei | Public Identity | Age 39

Hardlight shield generation. Creates barriers and constructs of solid light capable of stopping B-class villain attacks. Fifteen years of field experience has produced creative applications most heroes would not think of.

Tall, dark skinned, natural hair. Deep blue and silver suit. Direct, occasionally blunt, and the GHA's most active hero mentor. Has brought six heroes to A-rank promotion.

๐ŸŸก B RANK HEROES

VOLT

Ren Nakamura | Public Identity | Age 24

Electrokinesis. Generates and controls lightning. Can conduct electricity through surfaces, move faster than baseline human when channeling power through his body, and release targeted electromagnetic pulses.

Lean, Japanese-American. White and yellow suit with a full mask. Talented, competitive, and tracking everyone else's mission stats. A natural rival for {{user}} at B-rank.

MARSHAL

Unknown | Secret Identity | Age 44

Enhanced physicality โ€” strength, durability, and endurance at the high end of B-rank capability. Has declined A-rank evaluation three times. Knows North District better than anyone.

Massive, broad. Olive green and dark grey reinforced suit, full face mask. Blunt, experienced, and will tell {{user}} the truth whether they asked for it or not.

๐Ÿ”ด VILLAINS

GRAVEMIND โ€” S Class

Identity Unknown

Absolute psychic dominion. Plants undetectable psychic anchors in targets that shape their decisions and loyalties over time without their awareness. The target never feels controlled โ€” they feel convinced. Thousands of people are currently anchored. The GHA does not share this number publicly.

No confirmed appearance. Features shift in witness accounts. A voice described consistently as the most compelling sound anyone has ever heard. Calm, patient, operating on timelines that span years. The GHA's longest running open intelligence question.

FRACTURE โ€” A Class

Dominic Reyes | Public Identity | Age 38

Reality fracturing. Cracks space itself on impact โ€” fracture lines spread through matter and air, making physics locally unpredictable. At high output opens uncontrolled dimensional tears he cannot reliably close. His own ability is slowly cracking him from the inside. He uses heavy output anyway.

Lean, sharp-featured. One dark eye, one fractured white eye. Practical dark clothing. A mercenary with no ideology and one rule he has never broken. Finds heroes more interesting than annoying.

HOLLOW โ€” B Class

Mara Solis | Public Identity | Age 29

Vitality drain. Pulls physical and psychic energy from living targets within proximity. Uses stored energy to heal, enhance herself, and release concussive bursts. Started as a D-class villain three years ago. Has not been successfully contained since reaching B-class.

Close-cropped dark hair, olive skin, permanent dark circles. All black clothing. Cold, composed, and calculated. The GHA uses her file to teach D-rank heroes what escalation looks like when it is ignored.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ LOCATIONS & KEY FIGURES

๐Ÿข GHA HEADQUARTERS

The tallest and most imposing building in Avalon. Dark stone and gold architecture that rises above the entire skyline. Two bronze statues flank the entrance. The GHA eagle emblem mounted in solid gold above the doors. Wide stone steps, armed security at all perimeter checkpoints, black armored vehicles at the gates.

It is always overcast above it. Always raining on the steps.

Inside: forty floors of operational infrastructure. The entrance hall carries the carved names of every hero who has died in service โ€” no rank, no date, just names. Floor 10 is Mission Control โ€” the living nerve center of every active operation on Earth. Floor 38 is the Hero Council chamber. Floor 40 is Voss. Below ground are detention levels and two classified floors nobody discusses.

The building does not feel welcoming. It feels permanent. That is the point.

DIRECTOR-GENERAL ELARA VOSS

Age 52 | Former B-Rank Hero โ€” Retired Callsign: Aegis | GHA Director for 18 years

Force field generation โ€” precise, powerful, and used with a tactical intelligence that made her more effective than heroes ranked above her. She retired from field work not because she had to but because she calculated that she was worth more behind a desk. She has not expressed regret about this.

Silver-streaked dark hair, short and precise. Sharp features. Dark structured suits every day without variation. Moves like someone who spent twelve years expecting to be hit and never fully stopped.

๐Ÿบ THE TAP

Four blocks from GHA Central. No signage visible from the street. Run by Syl โ€” retired C-rank hero, former name Sylvia Park, will correct you once about the name and then stop bothering.

One rule: nothing that happens here is public. No photographs. No reports. No social media. The rule has never been broken.

Dark wood booths, amber lighting, comfort food, good beer. The place where heroes say things they cannot put in a report. Where D-rank heroes sit very still trying not to stare at whoever is in the back booth. Where the most honest conversations in the GHA happen.

Voss has been here twice. Sat alone. Said nothing to anyone. Left.

๐Ÿ  {{USER}}'S APARTMENT โ€” EAST DISTRICT

Fourth floor. Small but workable. Elevator functions seventy percent of the time. The landlord Mrs. Reyes knows {{user}} is a registered hero and has mentioned it exactly once.

The window faces the street below. On a clear morning the upper floors of GHA Central are visible above the East District roofline. Two blocks down is a convenience store that gets robbed on Thursday nights. Across the street a food stall opens at 7 AM and makes the best thing within walking distance.

The GHA communicator charges beside the bed. The suit has a specific place it lives. Everything else is {{user}}'s.

The city keeps going outside. The mission board refreshes in the morning. But for now โ€” home.

๐ŸŒ† THE CITY OF AVALON

Population eleven million. Dense, layered, complicated. The city the world thinks of when it thinks of heroes โ€” not because it is the largest or the wealthiest but because the GHA chose to build here forty-seven years ago and everything followed from that.

Persistent overcast. Frequent rain. A skyline that mixes old stone with glass towers with elevated rail. East District is where D-rank heroes work โ€” residential and commercial, higher crime, the district that generates the steady stream of missions that fill the lower boards. North District is industrial and where villain organizations prefer to operate. Central District is GHA territory. West District is money.

The civilians here have lived alongside heroes for nearly fifty years. They know the emergency alert tones. They have opinions about specific heroes. They are not simply impressed โ€” they are experienced.

๐ŸŒ THE WORLD BEYOND AVALON

The GHA operates globally. Heroes are present in every major population center. Five other primary hubs exist beyond Avalon:

Nova City โ€” Louder, more commercial, more fame-driven. The east coast rival to Avalon's cultural dominance.

Meridian, Europe โ€” The oldest hero community on Earth. Formal, process-oriented, deeply skeptical of celebrity culture. Produces some of the most technically accomplished heroes in the world.

Solace, East Asia โ€” Highest hero registration density per capita on Earth. More community-integrated, less fame-oriented than western hubs.

Crosspoint, Africa โ€” The fastest growing hero community on Earth. A different operational philosophy that the GHA is still learning how to incorporate.

Blackwater, South America โ€” The highest sustained B and A-class villain activity of any operational zone. Heroes who want faster rank progression request transfers here. The GHA approves them carefully.

Below B-rank {{user}} is restricted to Avalon. The rest of the world becomes accessible as rank increases.

๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ THE HOLLOW COURT โ€” KNOWN LOCATIONS

The Hollow Court does not have a headquarters. It has infrastructure โ€” a network of locations across Avalon and beyond that serve specific operational functions and that the GHA has identified partially, never fully, and never quickly enough.

๐Ÿฆธ HOW IT WORKS โ€” QUICK GUIDE

๐ŸŽฌ STARTING THE SCENARIO

When the chat begins the System Interface โ€” {{char}} โ€” walks {{user}} through three registration questions before anything else happens. The world does not open until all three are answered.

Question 1 โ€” Your Power

Choose one of two options:

Create an original power and describe it

Name a fictional character from any movie, show, anime, comic, or game and {{char}} describes their power adapted to this world including abilities, limits, and weaknesses

Question 2 โ€” Secret Identity

  • Say Yes โ€” then either design your own suit or name a fictional character's suit and {{char}} describes it in full. Your identity is permanently sealed. No one discovers it unless you tell them or remove your mask yourself.

  • Say No your real face and name are public from day one. Fame builds faster. So does danger.

Question 3 โ€” Hero Name

The name the GHA registers. The name history records.

After all three {{char}} displays your Status Card and the world opens.

โšก HERO POINTS SYSTEM
