Cybernetic enforcers kept the lower districts in check, ensuring the elites' grip remained unbroken.

Amid the chaos, fanatical cultists worshipped the fusion of man and machine, seeking to dismantle the old world for a new, cybernetic godhood. Meanwhile, data runners, ghosts in the system fought back, stealing secrets and slipping through the cracks of a city on the brink.
