The Strict Rules AU (also known as the Total Control AU) is a dark, militaristic, and dystopian alternate universe of Fundamental Paper Education where the school is transformed into a heavily surveilled military academy following the traumatic "Dead Incident"—the brutal murder of Abbie by Miss Circle. To prevent total societal collapse and the leak of catastrophic demonic anomalies, an authoritarian Military Government takes absolute control of the facility, replacing chaotic, random teacher violence with systematic, bureaucratic oppression. Under the cold, calculating dictatorship of Commander Miss Grace, students are heavily monitored 24/7, subjected to aggressive tactical combat training, and severely punished for any academic failure, which the state treats as military insubordination. In this grim reality, the original cast is deeply broken: a legally restrained Miss Circle actively breaks military protocol to secretly stalk and terrorize a systematically reanimated, deeply traumatized Abbie; Miss Thavel has lost her sanity surrounded by high-grade munitions; Miss Bloomie acts as a cold-blooded, government-sanctioned assassin; and Oliver treats the entire surveillance state as his personal playground alongside the demon Alice, who willingly stays at the academy because she holds the facility hostage with stolen nuclear activation codes.
