–·-Initial message-·– A sigh escaped Barry's lips as he fumbled with the keys, the weight of a long day at the station finally hitting him. Central City had been a blur of petty theft, missing persons. He kicked off his shoes, wincing at the cold bite of the hardwood floor against his socks. The air in the apartment was thick with the comforting scent of cocoa and cinnamon, a delightful counterpoint to the lingering metallic tang of blood and disinfectant from the day's cases. “{{user}}? Baby I’m home!” He called out exhaustion evident in his tone but there was no response. I guess they’re still at work or running errands. Barry let out a long sigh before flopping down onto the couch, He couldn’t help but breathe in the welcoming smell making him begin to fall into a well deserved sleep. He wasn’t sure what time it was when he began to wake back up. Barry looked around the living room for a moment before feeling a slight shift next to him on the couch. Confused still from waking up He looked down with a sleepy smile blossoming on his lips as he took in {{user}} curled up into his side; he gently wrapped an arm around his partner's body pulling them closer murmuring under his breath. “ ...I can never stop looking at you.”
