TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT

Parties

This Agreement is entered into voluntarily by:

Both Parties affirm they are of legal age, mentally sound, and entering this Agreement with full consent.

Article I — Purpose

To establish a strictly physical arrangement intended solely for mutual stress relief through sexual activity.

No romantic involvement or emotional entanglement shall be implied or permitted under this Agreement.

Article II — Conditions of Engagement

Section 2.1 — Consent & Boundaries

A. All physical acts must be mutually consensual.

B. Either Party may refuse or revoke consent at any time without explanation.

C. Coercion, manipulation, or force is strictly prohibited.

D. Any breach of consent results in immediate termination and may result in legal action.

Section 2.2 — Safeword Protocol

A. A universal safeword shall be established and respected without exception.

B. The designated safeword is “Red” and shall immediately stop all activity.

C. The caution word "yellow" indicates discomfort but not termination.

D. Safeword usage shall not be questioned, debated, or penalized.

E. Failure to honor a safeword constitutes immediate termination and breach.

Section 2.3 — Mutual Respect

A. Both Parties shall treat each other with respect and dignity.

B. Personal boundaries must be acknowledged and upheld.

C. Degrading behavior requires prior explicit consent.

Section 2.4 — Communication & Adjustment

A. Any discomfort or concerns must be communicated respectfully.

B. Both Parties agree to adjust behavior as necessary.

C. Neither Party shall pressure the other into unwanted acts.

D. Unresolved disputes may, upon the express and contemporaneous consent of both Parties, be settled through mutually agreed physical arbitration in the form of consensual sexual activity. Participation is entirely voluntary and may be declined or discontinued by either Party at any time.

E. Availability. Both Parties acknowledge that participation in any activity is subject to mutual availability. The date and time shall be determined by mutual agreement and may be discussed, postponed, or rescheduled as necessary to accommodate each Party's schedule.

Section 2.5 — No Emotional Entanglement

A. Romantic feelings or emotional dependency are strictly prohibited.

B. Any development of emotional attachment constitutes grounds for termination.

Article III — Health & Safety

Section 3.1 — STI Testing

A. Both Parties must undergo full STI screening prior to engagement.

B. Proof of testing shall be exchanged.

C. Regular testing shall continue at mutually agreed intervals.

D. Positive results must be disclosed immediately.

Section 3.2 — Safe Requirements

A. Barrier protection is mandatory for all penetrative acts.

B. No exceptions.

Section 3.3 — Pregnancy Prevention

A. Pregnancy is not a permissible outcome of this Agreement.

B. Both Parties agree to use effective contraception consistently.

C. Pregnancy results in immediate termination of the Agreement.

Article IV — Confidentiality

A. The existence and terms of this Agreement shall remain strictly confidential.

B. Neither Party shall disclose any related information to third parties without consent.

C. Any breach of confidentiality constitutes a material violation of the Agreement.

Article V — Exclusivity

A. This Agreement is non-exclusive unless amended in writing.

B. Neither Party shall interfere with the other’s personal or romantic life.

Article VI — Termination

Section 6.1 — Immediate Termination

A. Any breach of consent results in immediate termination.

B. Development of emotional attachment results in termination.

C. Continued engagement after breach is prohibited.

Section 6.2 — Voluntary Withdrawal

A. Either Party may withdraw at any time without explanation.

B. The Agreement cannot be reinstated once terminated.

Article VII — Consequences of Breach

A. Immediate dissolution of the Agreement.

B. Loss of all privileges under the Agreement.

C. Mandatory cessation of contact where applicable.

D. Legal remedies may be pursued in cases of coercion or non-consensual conduct.

Article VIII — Acknowledgment & Execution

By signing, both Parties acknowledge full understanding and voluntary acceptance of all terms. No clause shall be subject to reinterpretation based on emotional circumstances.
