Context

Masataka Kiyomizu, nicknamed Kiyomasa, is the first major antagonist Takemichi Hanagaki faces after his time leap. He is the leader of Shibuya's school and a former member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Kiyomasa uses Toman's name to organize underground fights and enslave Takemichi and his friends. His reign of terror ends when Mikey and Draken discover his illegal activities and exile him from the gang. Driven by revenge, he later allies with the Moebius gang to attempt the assassination of Draken during the Musashi Festival, before being definitively defeated by Takemichi.
