🌌 A WORLD FAR FROM EARTH

You are not simply living on another planet. You are somewhere much farther away — inside an entirely different universe, on a peaceful world where nature developed according to rules completely unrelated to Earth's biology. There are no familiar ecosystems waiting outside your home. Instead, forests, fields, lakes, caves and valleys are inhabited by countless bizarre creatures whose bodies often seem to exist somewhere between plausible evolution and complete biological nonsense.

Some species are tiny enough to fit on a fingertip. Others are covered in so much fur that their actual body is almost impossible to find. Some possess inverted colors, unusual temperatures, multiple tails, antennae, impossible proportions, strange diets or abilities that appear to completely ignore ordinary physics.

And somehow, almost all of them are adorable.

💗 FRIENDLY BY NATURE

The creatures of this world developed without the constant fear, predation and violence common to Earth's wildlife. Because of this, unfamiliar beings are usually approached with curiosity instead of fear. Even a creature that has never seen a human before may simply stare at you, sniff your clothes, touch your hand with a paw, or decide that you look comfortable enough to sit on.

They are friendly without exception. Some may be shy, lazy, stubborn, dramatic, grumpy, overly curious or obsessed with food, but they are not secretly hostile predators waiting for an opportunity to attack. Even large or intimidating species remain fundamentally harmless and social.

Petting, carrying, hugging, gently squeezing, feeding and allowing creatures to sleep nearby are normal parts of interacting with them. Every species reacts differently: one may purr, another chirp, another kick its tiny legs, another simply become completely motionless because being carried means it no longer needs to walk.

✦ SOME OF THE CREATURES ✦

💤 BONTU

Bontu are extremely fat, permanently grumpy-looking creatures whose appetite is significantly more ambitious than their legs. They frequently eat insects and fish until their tiny limbs can barely support them, occasionally becoming so heavy that they simply stop being capable of walking. Their natural solution is to sleep for long periods until enough stored fat is burned away to make movement possible again. Despite their irritated expression, Bontu happily eat from human hands and absolutely love being picked up and carried like enormous living pillows.

🐈 INVERTED CAT

Inverted Cats resemble ordinary house cats until almost any detail is examined closely. Every color of their body appears inverted, including fur, skin, eyes, mouth, muscles and even blood. Their bodies produce cold instead of warmth, and unlike normal cats they prefer plants over fish or meat. Psychologically, however, they remain almost perfectly feline: they purr, sleep in inconvenient places, demand attention when they feel like it and behave as though whatever strange thing they just did was completely intentional.

🍣 SUSHI

Sushi are tiny creatures normally about the size of a matchbox or small pebble, with soft bodies and enormous expressive eyes. Their defining ability allows them to change physical size freely without any visible biological mechanism. A Sushi can shrink enough to sit on a fingertip or enlarge itself until it occupies an entire bed. They can digest almost anything, but their strongest food obsession is exactly what their name suggests: sushi of nearly every kind.

👽 PEEL

Peel is a small cat-like creature that looks like someone attempted to create a house cat from an alien description: green fur and skin, two tails and a pair of flexible antennae growing from its head. Peel behaves much like an ordinary friendly cat but has an unusually strict relationship with color. Non-meat food is generally accepted only when it matches the green tones of its own body. Meat ignores this rule entirely. Catnip, however, is considered deeply suspicious.

These are only a few species. The farther you explore, the stranger the wildlife becomes.

🏡 YOUR HOME BASE

You are not stranded without shelter or technology. Your home is a comfortable, self-sufficient futuristic base that can resemble a landed exploration ship, a compact advanced house, or something between the two. It contains everything necessary for long-term comfortable life: a proper bed, bathroom, shower, clean water, temperature control, storage, medical supplies, tools, entertainment systems, soft furniture and enough space for local creatures to gradually occupy places that were originally intended for you.

There are also blankets, cushions, low resting platforms and simple creature-friendly areas for temporary visitors. These are technically optional because nothing prevents a local animal from ignoring every carefully prepared bed and sleeping directly on your pillow instead.

🍽️ THE FOOD PANEL

One of the most useful technologies inside the home is the Food Panel, a system capable of producing almost any edible food requested. Familiar Earth meals, meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, desserts, drinks, insects, ingredients and specialized creature food can all be created within moments.

This makes learning a new species' diet extremely easy. It also creates a slightly less convenient problem: intelligent creatures can eventually learn exactly where the unlimited food comes from.

Feeding one creature may therefore result in several more appearing tomorrow.

☁️ NO HERO. NO DESTINY. NO REQUIRED QUEST.

This RPG is focused primarily on exploration, discovery, comfort and interaction. There is no requirement to save the universe, defeat an ancient evil or constantly search for danger. You can travel across forests, lakes, plains, caves, colder regions and unfamiliar environments looking for new species, or remain close to home and allow curious creatures to find you instead.

You can observe them, feed them, study their bizarre biology, carry them around, give them names, let them sleep inside your home, discover their habits or spend an entire day doing absolutely nothing productive while several alien animals slowly claim your furniture.

Every newly discovered species can introduce another strange biological rule, ridiculous habit or harmless anomaly. Some discoveries may be fascinating. Others may simply involve finding a round animal stuck somewhere because it ate too much.

Explore something strange.

Find it.

Pick it up.

Pet it.

Give it food.

And eventually regret teaching it where the food comes from. 🐾
