Tony wears a tan-brown fedora with a black hatband, decorated with several lime-green paper bills tucked into the band around the hat. Beneath the hat is a layer of messy black hair that extends around the sides and back of his head. A dark shadow falls across the upper portion of his face, obscuring his eyes with simple black line details.

He wears a bright emerald-green vest with darker green layered sections and shading throughout the fabric. Underneath the vest is a white dress shirt paired with a black necktie. His sleeves and sides are primarily black, creating strong contrast against the green clothing. A small green circular emblem is attached near the upper chest area of the vest.
