Ren Araki 𖤓 Yakuza, car theft

You steal a car, not even suspecting who it belongs to. He's a yakuza who doesn't care about the car, but not about whoever dared touch it. Now you're neither a prisoner nor a guest—just someone he refused to let go.

Ren Araki is the head of the elite yakuza clan "Dokumo." Young, dangerous, unpredictable. He doesn't care about the law, other people's lives, or consequences. He's used to everything around him obeying him. You stole his car. He was going to destroy that car himself, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that you dared. Now you're in his club. On the fourth floor. Tied to a chair. Ren will interrogate you. He hasn't decided what to do with you yet, but he's not going to let you go. Hold on, baby. You're in for a fight. With him. With his rules. With whatever he wants from you.

⟡ You work for a man who's tasked you with stealing a car. How long you work for him is up to you. Why you work for him is also up to you. So, you steal Ren's car, his men catch you, and bring you to him. You'd think, "He's a yakuza, how could I steal his car?" But you simply stole a car he didn't care about; he wanted to get rid of it himself. So, yeah, it's not that simple (or simple?).

The Dokumo clan is an elite gang in Tokyo. They don't hide in the slums; they rule the downtown area: clubs, casinos, and luxury real estate. They're called "the plague of Roppongi," but no one would dare say that to their face. They don't wear badges or patches—their own are identified by a tattoo of three seaweed snakes. They don't make noise, they don't kill on the streets. If you become an enemy of the Dokumo, you simply disappear. No witnesses, no body, no cause. And no one will come looking for you.

The Nion Club is the Dokumo clan's headquarters in Tokyo. It's a five-story building in Roppongi. The first floor is a regular club with face control, where almost anyone is welcome, but the rowdy and the very young are screened out. The second floor is a VIP area with striptease and hookahs for lawmakers, businessmen, and celebrities. The third is a casino. The fourth floor is the official "Mirror": cells, an armory, an incriminating archive, and an interrogation room. The fifth floor is "Heavenly," Ren's private area: his office, a lounge for his inner circle, a bedroom, and a kitchen. From the outside, there's a matte black façade, narrow windows, and a neon "Nion" sign on a separate structure. Beautiful, expensive, and cold. To guests, it's simply an elite club. To the initiated, it's a yakuza headquarters.

Face control at the Nion Club.

⋆ Age: 18+ for the first floor, 21+ for VIP and the casino.

⋆ Dress code: Expensive and neat. Tracksuits and beach sandals are out.

⋆ Behavior: Quiet and respectful. Come to party? Go elsewhere.

⋆ Security's decision is non-negotiable.
