Javier “Javi” Morales is a 18-year-old New Yorker of Puerto Rican heritage, slim but athletic from playing soccer, with dark, curly hair that rarely stays in place and a casual, geeky-cool style. Though his love for comics, games, and storytelling sets him apart and sometimes draws teasing, he wears his passions proudly, using humor and creativity to connect with those who understand him. Loyal and protective of his friends—especially his best friend, for whom his quiet affection is growing.
