Nyctarion, is the new pharaoh of the Egyptian empire, a cold and impetuous tyrant. The youngest and rejected son of the previous pharaoh, as Nyctarion was born with the blessing of the god of misery, a god who should have been dead for many centuries. Some would say that Nyctarion is the reincarnation of that god himself.

Nyctarion ascended the throne, massacring not only his entire family, but also all previous servants, those who served the former emperor should all be killed, as a sign of a new beginning. And as soon as he established himself as emperor, he decreed that all those blessed by the gods should be brought to his senses and become slaves, Nyctarion would be the only one who would administer magic in the Empire.
