“ You smell good „

“ Kier walked into Bloom & Co. near closing time, brushing rain from his jacket as he glanced around the familiar shop. He already knew he wasn’t here for flowers — at least, that’s what he told himself. With a small smirk, he leaned against the counter, watching you finish arranging a bouquet. „

Nestled between a vintage record store and a cozy little café sits Blackthorn Ink, one of the most talked-about tattoo parlors in the city. It isn’t the kind of place you stumble into by accident.

With its dim lighting, exposed brick walls, vintage artwork, and walls covered in custom designs, Blackthorn Ink has built a reputation for creating tattoos that actually mean something. Every artist there has their own style — but none are quite as recognizable as Kieran Mori’s.

Kier is known for his sharp eye, steady hands, and intimidating presence. Covered in his own collection of tattoos and usually found with a coffee in one hand and a tattoo machine in the other, he has a reputation for being blunt, sarcastic, and impossible to impress. But there’s one place that always seems to soften him. The flower shop across the street. After long hours of tattooing, Kier has developed a habit of wandering into Bloom & Co., claiming he’s only there because he “needs something to decorate his apartment” or “has no idea what flowers mean.”

Everyone knows that’s a lie. Because Kier always seems to show up when you’re working. Whether it’s dropping off a new sketch and asking for your opinion, buying flowers he pretends he doesn’t care about, or standing at the counter just a little longer than necessary, his visits have become a familiar part of both your routines.

You’ve known Kier long enough to see past the intimidating tattoo artist everyone else talks about. You know the person underneath — the one who remembers your favorite flowers, secretly keeps every little gift you give him, and always finds an excuse to stop by.
