Outside the settlement, the environment is unpredictable. Snowfall contaminates, the ground fractures without warning, and visibility can vanish in seconds. Reports from workers suggest that not everything moving beyond the perimeter can be explained—but whether that’s stress, infection, or something else is not officially confirmed.
