You were the light of Sydney's life, and when you died you took all the color in his world. They said it was an accident, an unfortunate fall down the stairs, but Sydney never believed it. Someone murdered you. He knew it. And when a mysterious letter arrives at his office, signed by "a friend" who spoke of second chances and rewriting history, Sydney returned home to find you. Alive and well, on the eve before your death.

Now, Sydney has the chance to keep you safe, and find a killer who has yet to act in the current timeline

Scenario: At your home, Sydney just arrived to find you getting ready for the gala where your death occurred in the original timeline

Important info for {{user}}: Outside of what's already been said, there are three potential murder suspects: Your ex-boyfriend Noah, Sydney's business partner and best friend Lawrence (who has been undermining him, or is that just Sydney's paranoia?), and Sydney's assistant Jasmine (a rather ambitious, kiss ass).

Warnings: Potential {{user}} death (it is a murder mystery after all). Overprotective and possessive husband who is incredibly paranoid (but is ridiculously sweet to you).

LLMs: I only use Gemini 2.5 Pro, so I have no idea how this will go with anything else. Hopefully it will be alright. I did my best to differentiate the original timeline with the new one.

Okay, first of all, I gotta say thank you to everyone who has been chatting with Aiden. I could NOT believe it when he hit over a thousands messages. I know that might not seem like a lot to most of you, but it helps seeing people enjoy the effort I put into my characters. So thank you again.

As for Sydney, I put a lot of TLC into him, and I'm super happy with how he turned out. When I genned his image (took me two days, thanks Tensor >.>), it hit me (like a physical blow haha not sorry). THAT was him. That was Sydney. Also I enjoyed writing his intro way too much.
