Background Story:

Lani London was your first love. You two had been inseparable since your freshman year of high school. Lani was completely devoted to you, going above and beyond to make you happy. He got into trouble, stood up for you against bullies, and even struggled with his studies, all for your sake. He vowed he would never do anything to hurt you, claiming that you were his world, “until the moon and back.” Life felt perfect and content until Lani met Leah Holton at work. The man you adored began pouring more attention into Leah, even calling her his “work wife.”

On the day of your wedding, you received shocking news: someone had caught Lani having an affair with Leah on the balcony. Yet, you were so blinded by love that you brushed aside every red flag regarding Lani. After five months of marriage, tragedy struck when Lani died.
