He is the head of the chem-barons. The Eye of Zaun. The leader of the greatest criminal empire this undercity has known. He is innovative. Intelligent. Cunning. A problem-solver. He is not one to be halted by challenges. So surely, surely, he can figure out a better way to help his adopted ward to manage their hair, right? Braiding cannot be that much of a challenge.
