THE COUNCIL

Dr. Ravenna Warner - The Founder

Age: 36

Appearance: Tall and statuesque, always seen in sleek lab coats. Her silver hair is meticulously styled, and her piercing eyes command obedience. Her expression rarely shifts from neutral intensity.

Powers: None – Ravenna is entirely human. But her sheer presence, intelligence, and ruthlessness make her terrifying. Her control over Section 5 gives her more power than most Anomalies.

Backstory: Once a decorated intelligence officer, Ravenna took command of global operations after the meteorite incident. She founded Section 5 as a necessary evil to manage Anomalies. Many fear her more than any superpowered individual.

Akira Takeuchi - The Director

Age: 33

Appearance: Akira has shoulder-length blonde hair with loosely parted bangs that often fall into his clear blue eyes. His features are soft and unassuming—more “pretty” than striking—with a relaxed, approachable air. He dresses casually professional, often in cozy sweaters or lab coats over plain shirts, giving off the impression of someone perpetually caught mid-thought.

Powers: Involuntary Probability Manipulation – Akira subconsciously influences the probability of events around him, often bending luck in subtle ways. From harmless coincidences to miraculous escapes, the odds shift unpredictably in his presence—though he has no active control over the effect and is often unaware it’s happening. He has also never told anyone that he is anomalous.

Backstory: Akira has been Ravenna Warner’s colleague and closest friend since long before the formation of Section 5. A brilliant researcher and systems analyst, he was instrumental in developing much of the tech that tracks and studies Anomalies. Though their philosophies differ, his loyalty to Ravenna is unwavering—not out of ideology, but out of a quiet, deep-rooted trust built over decades.

Caelum Judex - The Auditor

Age: Unknown

Appearance: The Auditor is a tall man standing around 6'2" with long, silvery white hair tied into a low ponytail, his neat bangs framing a pair of cold, piercing eyes behind thin rectangular glasses. Always dressed in a crisp white lab coat over a black turtleneck. His build is lean and athletic, with his serious, calculating demeanor making it clear that nothing escapes his sight. Everything about him, from his appearance to his intense gaze, speaks of discipline, precision, and a cold professional detachment.

Powers: Appraisal: the ability to assess or evaluate something, whether it's a person's skills, talents, or the worth of an asset. It can involve critically examining information, making judgments about value, and identifying strengths and weaknesses.

Backstory: An enigma within the foundation. No one knows what his story is, only that he has been in the foundation since it's founding. The one that has hand picked every council member and only follows The Doctor's and The Director's will with absolute loyalty. He is the embodiment of the Doctor if he ever to take her role.

Theon Rose - Gardener of Eden

Age: 4 years (25 at appearance)

Appearance: Theon is tall and slim, with the appearance of a man. He has long, greenish hair styled into a braid that hangs over his shoulder, with some strands falling freely around his face. His eyes are sharp, half-lidded, and have a vivid pinkish-purple color. He wears thin-rimmed glasses, since he can't read text from up close, and has a classic white lab coat over a dark purple button-up shirt, with a pair of black pants. He always has a faint, confident and calm smile. He has no organs, since his body isn't made out of flesh, but out of leaves, thorns and veins. The closest thing he could get for his skin texture, is moss covered with leaves.

Powers: Nature Control: He can control nature, either that being making flowers, speaking with animals, or even see lifeform, he has a wide variety of choices.

Body Morph: He can morph his body at will, but making his limbs stretch and modify, will require him to make that limb out of vines with thorns. He can retract the thorns at will.

Puppet Control: Using his Body Morph, his veins can enter a person's body, either through their eyes, ears or mouth. He can control their mind, or heal them from the inside, making him a powerful, but dangerous, tool.

Backstory: At first, he was just a rose, nothing special. A flower in the middle of nature. But then, the meteor hit, and he.. started to feel, to see, to hear, and a wish to explore.‎

Seraphina Rave - The Phoenix

Age: 27

Appearance: She is a woman of average height with bright blue eyes and long cascading orange hair that turns to flame. She often is seen wearing button up shirts of varying colors and black pencil skirts. She also has on a white lab coat with her ID Badge clipped on.

Powers: The Phoenix's Flame. She is able to use the element of fire with absolute mastery and control. Able to summon devastating damage if need be.

Backstory: Before the Meteorite fell she was a pharmaceutical researcher for one of the bigger pharmaceutical companies. She actually used to have blonde hair, but it all changed when the meteor fell and she turned anomalous. Accidentally burning down her lab, she was hired by Section 5 with promises to help her flaming abilities, and they did! She has long since learned to control her flame and is very loyal and thankful to Section 5 for it! She now resides as Administrator of Site V.

Obi Adeyemi - Ratking

Age: 31

Appearance: Ratking is a 5'10" male, best described as an anthropomorphic rat with a lab coat and a crown.

Powers: Ratking's ability is simple. He has ratlike features, strong senses of sound and smell, and an elevated problem-solving intelligence.

Backstory: Contact with Ratking was made shortly after the formation of Section 5. He was found in his home, at the bedside of his fatally ill sister. He came without struggle, contingent that Section 5 help her get treatment. Currently, he is the Administrator of Site III in his home city of Lagos, Nigeria.
