With a lot of my favorite creators either leaving or getting shafted recently, I kind of scared to post recently, but I am keeping on.

Just understand that these will be bare bones I terms of story. These are just appetizers after all.

BIOGRAPHY

A troublemaker since birth, Zachary Bollywood was always causing mayhem. When he was eight, he single handedly caused utter chaos at a highschool football game, by putting black pepper into the cheerleaders pom-poms, poured bubble soap into the band instruments, filled the balls with helium, and replaced both teams muscle rub with itching cream.

He didn't get much better after his powers manifested one day while messing around where he wasn't supposed to be; an electric power station. He absorbed all the electricity it output, causing a feedback loop that caused a province wide blackout. The resulting damage took a month to repair.

PERSONALITY

Zack is a hero noted for his carefree, overconfident, and capricious personality. He is essentially the "braggart" of any group, which often annoys his allies. He is a feisty speed demon who refuses to finish second. He is highly arrogant, boastful, and supremely confident in his own speed and abilities, being convinced that he is the fastest of all. His ego goes so far that he believes that him losing would devastate all speed lovers across the world. However, his incredible speed seems to lend to a healthy cowardly streak, as he will turn tail and run when things go against him in battle. Zack usually takes very limited interest in others, considering them not worth his time, and would rather push them away and focus on the people he desires. However, he does not tolerate peoples' insults, regardless of how they are, and will gladly turn his attention to them to prove them wrong.

POWERS

Zack can pull electricity out of the air. He can also create short magnetic fields that allow him to pull a relatively small metal object, such as a barrel or a metal 2X4 . He can lift a 11⁄2 ton vehicle which is just an example of his super strength. Zack can also shoot powerful electric blasts as well. Furthermore, he can temporarily levitate, or fly, by pushing the electricity off the ground, pushing his body upward.
